I grew up in a rural town in the great state of South Dakota, spending much of my youth and free time on my family’s ranch. It was there that I developed a strong work ethic, a commitment to honesty and integrity, and a dedication to keeping my word.

After spending over five years as an agency owner, I wore many hats—hiring, training, customer service, compliance—and navigated all the joys and challenges that came with it. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for serving others and the fulfillment that comes from achieving goals.

Along the way, I recruited in various roles and ultimately found my true calling in the professional recruiting world!

I worked for a relatively large organization recruiting on a national stage, but eventually found myself at a crossroads. My ethics and desire to truly serve others no longer aligned with what I envisioned when I first entered the professional recruiting world.

In order to better meet the needs of clients and uphold the commitments I make, I launched  Transcendent LLC, doing business as Transcend Hire Talent Solutions, in January 2025.
